About the department
In Quality Support in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød we have a strong team of academic, administrative and technical employees who are focused on delivering first-class quality support for the production of plastic components and pre-assembled devices.
The Job
You and your 13 colleagues provide quality support for the production of devices. You will handle non-conformities and complaints just as you will answer questions in connection with the quality of components and quality systems. We use LEAN tools when handling non-conformity investigations to ensure systematic problem solving. Your new workday will also be filled with preparation and review of documents and change requests, and you will participate in tasks or projects aiming at improving compliance. You can look forward to a job in a dynamic organisation where you will get a wide range of contacts to the production site and in your own department in DMS.
Qualifications
You are an Engineer, Pharmacist or have another degree within the natural sciences. In addition, you have skills within project and quality work, including GMP. In relation to handling of non-conformity investigations, it is an advantage to have some experience using structured problem solving tools. You are known to be independent and decisive and to take the lead when the situation calls for it. In addition, you have a structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through even if other stakeholders are fighting for your attention. It goes without saying that you have a strong sense of quality, just as you have team spirit and contribute positively to the well-being and balance of the team. Last but not least, you know the value of sharing knowledge and seeking constructive feedback in order for you and us to develop and improve our competences.
