About the department
You will be part of the System Development and Master Data department which is part of the Supply Chain Planning unit - placed in Søborg that contains 15 delegated employees. The departments main responsibilities are; ensuring harmonised processes and continuous process optimisation of our global processes within Purchasing direct spend, Warehouse and Production, plus Master Data Governance and Maintenance.
The Job
Your primary task as Supply Chain Analyst within Purchasing is to ensure that our global Purchase processes are harmonised. This you will do through; KPI monitoring, direct support of global super users, process documentation (SOPs and user guides), process confirmation, process optimisation and anchoring plus training. You will be the central connection point for the purchasers within direct spend, and you will have a high degree of influence on process improvement of the purchase processes in our ERP system. You should expect approximately 1-3 business trips to non-HQ production Site per year. Further you will be responsible of ensuring that future user requirements and process improvements within purchase are analysed and evaluated, so that they result in harmonised and coherent processes which are supported by standard systems. It is expected that you have the ability to develop own expertise, explore various possibilities and structure own work. Further you have the ability to coordinate and navigate between many stakeholders in a busy environment. This job will give you an excellent opportunity for getting valuable experience with the Novo Nordisk supply chain and you will be working in a team of highly competent colleagues.
Qualifications
We expect you to have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or alike, with approximately 5 years of supply chain experience. As a person you have a high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have excellent process understanding, an analytical mind-set and an ability to work structured and independently. You have experience within SAP ECC (MM) and preferable also within SAP APO. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
