About the department
You will be part of People Relations and Compliance, who is responsible for benefits and labour relations in Denmark as well as a Global HR Compliance Office. We value professionalism and responsibility, and have an open, informal and fun team culture. We ensure an environment, where we focus on continuously improving individual and team competences and you will be responsible for your own area, however still be part of the Benefits Team.
The job
We are looking for a serviceminded administrator, who will be responsible for our Danish benefit ”Holiday Houses”, consisting of houses for rent in both Denmark and entire Europe. Amongst other tasks you will be responsible for the complete process of the Holiday House Benefit, including administration, budgetting and development. You will be reaching out to stakeholders both within and outside Novo Nordisk and it is important you can work independently and systematic being structured with focus on details.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate can keep calm even under presure and still deliver high quality service. It is easy for you to take decisions within your area of responsibilty. You enjoy answering the phone and emails from Danish and English speaking stakeholders and alsways reply with a smile and have a ’can do’ attitude.
Your personal qualities define you as robust, empathetic and a self-starter with a high level of energy. You can safely navigate in an environment of change and are able to establish relations to and cooporate with a wide variety of collegues.
If you have experience with administration of holiday houses or other administrator skills it is an advantage. You need to have a high quality of budgetting skills, as you will be in charge of the budget, accounting and follow-up on a numerous tasks.
As our Holiday House IT system is tailormade for Novo Nordisk, you need to have experience with IT systems and have a way of making it work.
