We drive a number of key projects of strategic importance throughout Novo Nordisk’s global organisation.

About the department
You will be part of a young, diverse department consisting of 12 dedicated employees with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies (e.g. McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, etc.) or with previous Novo Nordisk experience. We solve some of the most complex projects in Novo Nordisk with plenty of exposure to Senior Management.

The job
As a project analyst in FLIR Consulting, you will be part of a project team with more experienced project members, and get hands-on experience with best practice project management methods and tools.Your tasks will vary widely, and include analyses, information gathering, participating in team problem solving, and independently driving own work streams.

Qualifications
You are among the best in your class, proficient in English and are used to both working independently and in teams. You are a first year master student or a third year BA student in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar, and take an interest in consulting, corporate finance and project management. Ideally, you have prior experience from internship or student job in a top-tier consultancy. Finally you have a positive attitude.

Your development is important to us. Training and personal development plans are key tools to ensure your tasks continue to challenge you while developing or sharpening your toolbox. The position implies a possibility of permanent employment with Novo Nordisk after completion of education.

Practicalities:

Period: Minimum 1½ years to graduation.

Working hours: 15-20 hours per week with some flexibility

Start date: As soon as possible
