Novo Nordisk is looking for an ambitious and skilled professional to drive our Biopharm T&FP Assembly and Packaging department towards new achievements in the area of performance management.
About the department
Biopharm FP Assembly and Packaging is a dedicated assembly and packaging department consisting of about 74 employees based in Værløse, Denmark. We manufacture prefilled delivery devices for biopharmaceutical products in a state-of-the-art production plant which includes several automatic assembly machines and packaging lines.The department has established several new production lines. LEAN Management is the means we use to ensure optimal use of these investments.
The Job
As Data analyst, you will be involved in a broad variety of activities related to performance management, e.g. Management reporting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis.You will be a key driver in continuously improving our business processes, and further strengthening the connection between key stakeholders as logistic, planning and production. You will play a central role in driving performance to the next level, and set the scene for further analysis.
Qualifications
You like working with numbers, have excellent analytical skills, are an Excel super-user and maybe have experience with SAP. You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and want to deliver results. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated and a team-player. You have good communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organization.Your tasks will require independence, a flexible approach and good oral and written communication skills.Our department is highly motivated, and this position offers you a unique opportunity to leave your mark, realise goals and see the benefits of your work.
