About the department
Biopharm HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) Department is a dedicated tablet production including the processes; granulation, compression and coating. The department consists of 40 employees based in Måløv, Denmark. For the Technical Support Team we are looking for a new colleague to take up a position as Process Engineer. The 14 members of the Technical Support Team are responsible for the functioning of the equipment used for the production processes and for related utility systems i.e. clean water, clean steam, compressed air and ventilation. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to manage projects and tasks relating to tablet production equipment, utility systems and the monitoring IT systems.

About the job
The position comprises a variety of different tasks. Your main deliverables will be to execute projects, provide technical support and problem solving on the equipment you are responsible for and implement the best solution in cooperation with your colleagues across the department. You will be equipment responsible and the expert who others consult on equipment related matters. You will manage projects related to maintenance/spareparts strategy, equipment upgrades, as well as purchase and implementation of equipment needed to take our production equipment to the next level.
The position includes responsibility for executing qualification and change requests related to your projects. You will also handle non-conformities and write instructions for your area of responsibility in close cooperation with other competent colleagues.
Qualifications
We imagine you have solid theoretical skills and an academic degree (chemical, process or mechanical engineer or the equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience from pharmaceutical production, food industry or other relevant experience. Good knowledge of GMP will be an advantage.
You are confident about managing and executing tasks/ projects in a dynamic environment that can change rapidly, and when it really takes you are willing to put in an extra effort.
On a personal level you have a positive attitude and you are engaged and systematic. You enjoy working with major challenges and can maintain an overview in a busy work day while complying with the requirements for manufacturing of drug products.
You are able to operate professionally and facilitate the cooperation with external and internal partners.
You are flexible in novel situations in a continuously developing environment and you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
