- Denmark - Måløv
Are you interested in evaluating immunogenicity of our broad portfolio of Haemostasis and Inflammation products? Do you have solid immunological experience and interest in assay development and assay technologies? Then you might be the new scientist in Cell and Antibody Analysis, Haemostasis and Inflammation.
About the department
Our responsibility is immunogenicity assessment of new pharmaceutical drug candidates. You can look forward to becoming part of a dynamic and well-functioning department consisting of 5 senior scientists, 7 technicians and a master student. We enjoy lively professional discussions and challenges. We work in project groups with many different stakeholders in the organization and at the same time we align our project input with each other in the department to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency in our project contributions.
The job
Your job, as an immunogenicity scientist, will be to give input to the immunogenicity project strategy and to develop and validate assays for antibody analysis using a variety of assay platforms e.g. ELISA, MSD, RIA, Immunocap, clot, Biacore and cell based assays. Using the validated assays, we analyse samples from non-clinical and clinical studies. As senior scientist in our department you will be responsible for establishment of new assays, analysis of samples in compliance with GLP and GCP requirements and eventually outsourcing of the assays to Contract Laboratories. All our analytical equipments require documented qualification and as a scientist in our department you are expected to support this equipment qualification. You can look forward to an interesting and challenging position in a highly motivated department and you can expect a busy job and a good working environment.
Qualifications
You have good communication and collaboration skills. You hold a PhD, most preferred in immunology or you have thorough industrial experience within drug development. As we work according to international guidelines and quality systems, a high level of quality mind-set is essential. In addition, you have to be result-oriented, a team player and to possess a good sense of humour.
At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better. In exchange, we offer you an opportunity to work with extraordinary talent and benefit from a range of possibilities for professional and personal development
