Job Description PURPOSE:
Performs a variety of complex clerical and project oriented duties of a responsible nature for a department/function or for a person at the senior management level, requiring sound planning, judgment, adaptability, and accountability.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments and/or outside organizations involving obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or of a sensitive nature. May provide guidance and assistance to lower level clerical positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Coordinates multiple processes, procedures, or programs.
• Exercises independent discretion and judgment; accomplishes complex and diversified clerical assignments.
• Independently researches and develops reports and budgets; draws conclusions and makes recommendations.
• May direct administrative activities, develop and organize procedures, and use considerable written and verbal communication skills to represent the department.
• Performs a variety of office duties similar to that of the Senior Administrative Assistant.
• Works under limited supervision; input to changes in work processes and work flow often required.
• Works with internal and external parties to initiate, coordinate, and manage a variety of special projects which may require the knowledge of special terminology, practices, procedures, or operations.

• Senior-level position requiring extensive knowledge of the job and department served; complete knowledge of Company operations.
