About the department
Aseptic Production Support & Optimisation is a part of DFP Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is setting standards and providing process support to Novo Nordisk’s diabetes production sites globally. You will be a part of Formulation Support where a team of highly experienced specialists, professionals and laboratory technicians are looking forward to welcoming you.

The job
Your overall responsibility will be to support our marketed diabetes products. You will be responsible for the recipe that our production sites follow globally. This includes designing laboratory experiments and completing protocols/reports. You will train colleagues in formulation of diabetes products and support our sites when facing challenges with the formulation processes. You will be responsible for transfer of products to new sites. As many of the production sites are located abroad you can look forward to approximately 10 travel days per year.

Qualifications
You have a relevant scientific master’s degree with a chemical background, e.g. pharmacist, chemical engineer or biochemist supplemented with a minimum of five years´ practical experience with formulations processes. If you have experience from aseptic production of injectables it will be considered a plus. You therefore understand the regulatory environment and are knowledgeable about quality risk management and validation. You ensure that compliance is always a part of the way you work.

Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks at a time. You are self-motivated and able to create results independently. You are not afraid to make decisions with substantial consequences. Being open-minded and positive you are a natural relation builder to people across organisational levels, geography and cultural differences. You have strong communication skills and are very good at English, written and spoken.
