Would you like to work with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management according to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in a global industry? And do you like to train EHS responsible persons and continuously improve EHS tools and procedures that support the EHS Management system? Then please read on as we are looking for a new colleague working within EHS Management in Global Environment, Health and Safety (Global EHS).

About the department
You will join 24 highly skilled colleagues in the department Global EHS, situated in Søborg. Here we focus our efforts on supporting the Novo Nordisk organisation in EHS matters. Therefore, part of our responsibility is to ensure EHS training of the organisation and to operate and develop procedures and tools to support our EHS Management System for the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certified areas in Novo Nordisk. Besides this, the department works with Novo Nordisk EHS Management System, EHS Strategies and other EHS compliance issues.

The Job
You will play an important role in updating our standards operation procedures (SOPs) that ensures operation and continuous improvement of our EHS Management System. Moreover, you will contribute to preparation of EHS tools and templates for the organisation and support coordination of EHS Management activities within the department. The job will mainly be carried out in collaboration with 4 EHS Management colleagues from the department to ensure the support that key stakeholders of the EHS Management system request.

Qualifications
You have a relevant Master degree with more than 2 years of experience working with EHS Management according to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. It is an advantage if you have training experience within the area of EHS. You enjoy challenging existing work processes and creating continuous improvements of tools and templates. Furthermore, you have a systematic approach to your work enabling you to attend to details without losing sight of overall targets. Additionally, you are capable of performing both individually and as a part of a team, and you have proficiency in written and spoken English.
