About the department
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark, responsible for optimising global pricing & market access in order to support continued commercial success of the Novo Nordisk Portfolio. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, in Global Market Access we establish the strategies and key support tactics in the area of pricing, contracting, reimbursement, health economics & outcomes research, value communication and subsequently we support their implementation regionally and locally.We are looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to join us.

The Job
As a Global Marketing Coordinator you are offered a challenging and exciting position in the Market Access supporting two departments ranging from administrative to project-oriented tasks. Your tasks include providing support to the two Directors with e.g. budget management, travel arrangements, concur reporting, calendar coordination and various ad hoc tasks. Additionally, you will have a supporting role for your team members helping with coordination and logistics on different projects, i.e. internal communication, meetings, and web activities.In terms of budget management, you will be responsible for the department Line of Business budget, where it is your responsibility to follow up on the budget, do monthly reporting and plan AB and RE in close collaboration with the VP Assistant and MMA Finance.

Qualifications
You have experience from working with administrative processes of various kinds. It is a requirement that you have knowledge and understanding about Operations and the importance of stakeholder management across different areas. You have excellent budget skills and are confident working in SAP. It is an advantage if you have experience working with GlobeShare and enjoy working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and external vendors. The team is looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, has an eye for delivering high-quality results, and possesses a good business understanding. You are service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working under tight deadlines and have good coordination and planning skills. You can work independently, be proactive, and you strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
