We are searching for the right person to implement Business Ethics Compliance in Novo Nordisk.

About the department
The Business Ethics Compliance Office is a small but dynamic team, which is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s global Business Ethics Compliance program, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, promotion of pharmaceutical products, interaction with health care professionals, and other areas related to Business Ethics Compliance. We develop and drive the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s Business Ethics Compliance programme throughout the organisation. Located in Bagsværd, Denmark, we are part of Novo Nordisk’s Business Assurance department, which employs 70+ employees.

The Job
We offer you a challenging position within a high-performing, energetic team that services dynamic and expanding regions around the world. You will work closely together with various departments of Novo Nordisk and be responsible for setting direction for and advising these with a large degree of empowerment.Your primary responsibilities will be to execute key strategic tasks to ensure development of Business Ethics and implementation of the Compliance programme across the organisation. You will set up processes and give strategic and operational advice within Business Ethics Compliance, including risk assessments, policies and procedures, training programs, transparency, third party compliance, and review, manage, and report on concrete Compliance issues - in collaboration with our global Compliance network of 90+ employees around the globe.

Qualifications
You are proactive, a good communicator, and able to find solutions to complex issues with many stakeholders. You have a law degree combined with 3-8 years of experience from a law firm or an internationally oriented company. Ideally, you have expertise within Business Ethics, international business, and pharmaceutical industry practices. If not, you have a strong interest in learning and developing such skills and competencies.You have high professional and personal integrity, and a non-conditional approach to breaches of Business Ethics standards.As our function operates globally, it is important that you have strong English communication skills, awareness of cultural differences and the ability to work in international settings. Also, you should have good time management skills, be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and enjoy working in teams, but be able to deliver independently.
