Novo Nordisk is seeking an engaged student for full time internship to the Product Supply Finance organisation in a period of 4-6 months.
About the department
Novo Nordisk Product Supply is an organisation with close to 10,000 employees located in Denmark or at one of our 5 international sites. Product Supply is responsible for all production in Novo Nordisk and delivery of products to our sales affiliates or directly to major customers.
You will be working in a dynamic finance team with 30 other dedicated employees.
The Job
During your internship your key task will be support to a standardisation project. The main tasks will be to design, create and consolidate training materials and guidelines for our processes and deliveries within PS Finance.
Qualifications
You like being part of a professional team. You have a high energy level, initiative (proactive thinking), independence and self-motivation.
You pay attention to details and possess good communication skills both in writing as well as interpersonal. You have a structured approach to information gathering.
You are studying a Master degree in DPU, IVA, International Business Communication or any other relevant degree. You have high interest in creating solid documentations, IT, and a willingness to be challenged both professionally and personally.
Excellent language skills in English and Danish and good computer skills with MS office especially Excel and Power Point are required.
You will gain unique hands-on project management experience in an international and dynamic environment, working for and with a highly diverse team and a paid internship.
