About the department
You will get the opportunity to join a new factory and expanding organisation preparing for operation start up in Kalundborg, Denmark.
The job
You will support the management team in the new Biopharm Filling factory and be responsible for design and developing the internal planning flow of production orders and the physical material and product flow. You will as well be involved in design of the overall factory flow of quality approval of production orders (release of orders after production) to support the customer/next step in the overall value stream. You will interact in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders and core competences within the factory and as well anchor and align the set-up with central Biopharm planning and logistics key stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who enjoys working with production planning, material flow and design of lean-based communication across a value stream with high degree of dependencies. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in production engineering, LEAN, logistics and material flow etc. We expect candidates to be service and open minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision) or project tracks; sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Furthermore we expect you as well bring communication and change management skills to succeed in a cross functional environment. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.

Practicalities
