We do Global IT Services to support Global IT Processes and we need you to become part of expanding our quality and compliance services globally.

About the department
Our department, IT Shared Services, delivers system management tasks to a diverse set of IT systems. We specialise in quality and compliance services and demand is increasing driven by the regions incentive to adhere to global requirements. We zoom in on the operational parts of delivering compliance tasks and focus on a defined set of activities which we look to refine to the extent possible before potentially transitioning to an offshore or outsourced setup.

The department have a dual location setup between Denmark and India. In Denmark we do development of compliance services and also delivery of complex compliance tasks. We have very close interactions with our department in India which does mostly delivery.

Our department is driving the implementation of the Shared Service concept across regions. Our department introduces new ways of working abandoning silo based thinking instead introducing universal solutions.

The job
The job is in IT Shared Services which is part of our IT System Management organisation under IT, Quality & Corporate Development physically situated in Bagsværd, Denmark.

We set out to attract a skilled quality and compliance colleague with great attention to detail. We rely on you to be service minded and demonstrate a “Can Do” attitude. We offer you to become part of a very dedicated and skilled team working across boundaries with off-shoring and outsourcing. The nature of our tasks dictates us to be strong in forecasting and capacity planning and we depend on you to be able to qualify tasks and plan accordingly.

We need you to be curious to Service Management and the Shared Service concept – as you will become an ambassador for the ways of Shared Services dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree. You must have 5 years of experience with computer qualification and/or non-conformity handling in the pharmaceutical industry and experience navigating within a strict Quality Management System. We expect you to be able to work independently and actively seek support from your surroundings when needed.

You make a difference and by your dedicated and determined approach you complete your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues and many stakeholders. You work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. You are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level and have a global mindset which embraces cultural diversity.
