About the department
SDK IT/Automation is a newly established team that covers 3 locations in Denmark –Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg. We set direction for SDK’s IT and automation, life cycle management and IT projects across the site. You will be responsible for building a team that consists of 2-4 highly specialised professionals. A key to success will be you and your team’s capability to manage your stakeholders in the organisation.
The Job
You will have a key role managing the day-to-day challenges across the department’s 3 locations. This means that you secure that the right resources are available, and you coach and develop your staff members to perform optimally. Your overall responsibility is split into four areas: to establish and drive SDK’s IT automation strategy, including IT/automation investments, to secure that IT projects are aligned with overall NN standards, and finally, to secure a high level of IT/ automation compliance.On top of that, you must ensure a strong knowledge network between the sites and see to that the IT systems are designed to meet future requirements. Good documentation practice (GDP) is of great significance and a natural part of your job. You will be a permanent member of the Project Portfolio Management team.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree or another relevant education and have at least 3 years’ experience from a management or project management function. It is important that you have been working in a GMP-controlled environment, either within the food industry or in a pharmaceutical organisation. Here you have acquired an independent work method that you use when you develop systems, processes and tools that support the IT business processes. Moreover, you will keep a rein on a wide scope of contacts and stakeholders, and you must thrive in a turbulent and changing environment where you are measured by your ability to be at the forefront of the development of IT. As such, you are a good communicator who knows how to secure buy-in from persons of influence and to disseminate your solutions to colleagues without your level of IT skills.
