We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Inflammation & Growth Hormone in Søborg. You will work closely with the VP and the management team and you will be a part of the team of VP assistants in the SVP area. The position requires strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as detail orientation.

About the department
The VP area (Regulatory Affairs Inflammation & Growth Hormone) consists of two departments in DK (19 employees) and one department in the US (6 employees), where the VP of the area is currently located. The departments work with the regulatory aspects of both development and life cycle management of all NN products within the Inflammation and Growth Hormone therapeutic areas.

The job
As a VP Assistant your key area of responsibility will be to support the VP and department managers in establishing smooth operation of various processes within the line of business office management and administration (general matters regarding human resource matters, finance, quality management matters etc.).

Your tasks will also include administrative support to the employees in the area, organising and following up on management meetings, projects and organisational requirements.

Furthermore you will be a member of the team of VP assistants in regulatory affairs and play a role in setting up cross-organisational initiatives and improving administrative processes.

Qualifications
You have an administrative education or hold a bachelor degree and have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience. You demonstrate good business understanding and master professional communication skills. You have flair for numbers and solid IT skills. You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Experience from a similar position in Novo Nordisk is an advantage. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged. You are reliable, loyal and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude; enjoy working under tight deadlines and master good coordination skills. You work in a structured manner with a sense for the details. It is important that you can work independently, be proactive, and always strive to find solutions to the challenges that keep coming up in a busy environment.
