About the department
The System Development and Master Data department is part of the Supply Chain Planning unit, placed in Bagsværd, contains 16 delegated employees. The departments main responsibilities are; ensuring harmonised processes and continuous process optimisation of our global processes within Purchasing direct spend, Warehouse and Production, plus Master Data Governance and Maintenance.
The job
Your primary task will be to monitor, optimise, document and govern our continuous focus on harmonisation of our processes spanning from placement of purchase orders at external suppliers to internal release of purchased products. Your challenge will also be to ensure that future business requirements are analysed, evaluated and implemented, so that they result in coherent processes supported by standard systems.
Change management will be a relevant part of your challenge, since you will have to be able to coordinate, align and communicate internally with many stakeholders at different levels, from users to senior management.
As the processes you will work with are global you should expect approximately 1-3 business trips to non-HQ production Sites per year.
It is expected that you have the ability to develop own expertise, explore various possibilities and structure own work. Further you have the ability to coordinate and navigate between many stakeholders in a very busy environment.
Supplementary this job will give you an excellent opportunity for getting valuable experience with the Novo Nordisk supply chain. You will be given influence and responsibility matching your experience and you will be working in a team of highly competent colleagues.
Qualifications
We expect you to have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or alike, with approximately 5 years of supply chain experience.
As a person you have a high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines.
You have excellent process understanding, an analytical mind-set and an ability to work structured and independently.
You have experience with managing system strategies and preferably also knowledge within SAP ECC (MM and WM).
You must be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
