About the department
You will enter the production department of Biopharm API where we produce human growth hormone. You will join forces with 14 colleagues in the Automation & Equipment Support team, which comprises craftsmen, technicians, chemists and engineers.
The job
You will be responsible for ensuring that the documentation on calibration and maintenance of the equipment complies with the GMP standards. As such, you attend to occurrences, change requests and deviations. During minor reconstructions, you will also have to drive projects and hereby ensure that we document the qualification of the equipment properly. In the daily operations, you will help the production in troubleshooting on technical issues on the equipment. You can foresee a job in which you can influence your workdays while gaining a strong insight into our products and production processes.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or similar. This is supplemented with solid experience from a pharmaceutical production. Ideally, your background has given you knowledge of maintaining and qualifying production equipment. At any rate, you must be familiar with GMP and able to document changes in alignment with the standards. You are used to working systematically with problem solving, and as we use SAP to document maintenance work, it will be advantageous if you have experience applying SAP tools.
You have a positive attitude and a mind for change, and you proactively seek to make improvements also without having been presented to a specific problem. Since teamwork is key to performing successfully, you must be able to cooperate effortlessly with colleagues across organisational levels. You have personal impact and are able to handle several tasks while maintaining your strong general view even when you have to move fast.
