Novo Nordisk is experiencing a growing demand for talented employees in Denmark and abroad. In response we are intensifying our efforts to brand Novo Nordisk globally as a workplace and to increase the visibility of the career opportunities we offer. One of our current key projects is the R&D Talent Attraction project aimed at attracting talented specialists to business critical positions in the R&D organisation. In order to succeed, we expanding our in-house talent sourcing function and are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist, who will support our R&D organisation in attracting talent.

About the department
Global Talent Attraction is a department consisting of 12 employees with backgrounds ranging from HR and branding to international business. We use our differences to create innovative ideas and high-quality solutions to meet the continued challenge of attracting the best talents to Novo Nordisk. We function as a centre of excellence for our business areas and help them address their specific challenges in attracting and recruiting new employees.

The Job
Your main responsibility will be to support our R&D organisation by sourcing qualified candidates for business critical positions, which require exceptional attraction and recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the line managers and the HR colleagues in the R&D organisation, while drawing on the expertise from your colleagues in Global Talent Attraction.It will be your responsibility to develop and apply the sourcing tactics needed to identify and attract qualified candidates for open position and develop a pipeline for future vacancies. You will use your expertise to deliver candidate leads into the recruitment process.You will develop a solid knowledge of your global target groups and business needs of the organisation. To be successful, you must be able to translate this into a sustainable talent sourcing strategy and high quality operational solutions.

Finally, you will be responsible for acquiring, analysing and presenting data to your stakeholders in the R&D organisation.

Qualifications
You have an academic degree and at least five years of hands-on experience with proactive talent sourcing, either from an in-house function or an external search agency. You can document experience and results, preferably from a global environment within the pharmaceutical or another highly specialised industry.

You easily handle a wide range of search tools and tactics and have a solid knowledge of digital media. You have strong people skills and the ability to listen and inspire. You are proactive and goal-oriented in your approach. You have excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
