About the department
You will be based at our site in Kalundborg which focuses on formulation, filling, inspection, assembling and packaging of our products. Our mission is to be the best supplier of Diabetes Finished Products and to deliver products of high quality within the regulatory compliance in a LEAN, environmentally sustainable and social responsible way.
As EHS Coordinator you will join 9 highly skilled colleagues in Business Support EHS. We are responsible for Environment, Health and Safety. In addition to this we are responsible for Energy and we work cross organizational with projects in relation to EHS.
The Job
You will be dedicated to EHS work and be responsible for ensuring that we meet the Novo Nordisk Environment, Health and Safety targets and you will work in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. As EHS Coordinator you will also be responsible for analysing our business challenges, implementing the standard/solution and make sure we live up to all requirements. You will be part of developing the organization and ensure continued focus on EHS, in a LEAN manner. That means you need to both support and challenge the management in relation to requirements and solutions. You will drive the daily work and ensure that tasks are coordinated and executed.
In addition you will support projects and ensure that EHS requirements are integrated into the final solution. You will also play an active role in ensuring alignment across our business on EHS and cooperate with internal support functions in Novo Nordisk A/S. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of EHS audits.
Qualifications
You have a proven track record from years of successful work in either Line of Business or Corporate Functions and you hold a relevant Master Degree. You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working combined with humour. With your natural skills in communication, stakeholder management and personal drive you ensure efficient execution of EHS initiatives. You are fluent in both English and Danish, oral and written.
