Would you like to play a key role in ensuring that employees in Novo Nordisk have the right competencies? Are you experienced in developing and implementing training concepts and activities? Then you may be the new Project Manager we are looking for.

About the department
In Product Supply University we develop and implement training activities across the global Production Organisation in Novo Nordisk (Product Supply). We are engaged in all key learning projects and we aim at being the centre of excellence when it comes to training and learning in PS. Our purpose is to ensure that employees in PS have the right competencies at the right time and place – and with the right quality and LEAN mindset. We are a total of 32 engaged employees and you will join the Training Development team which consists of five other colleagues. Your workplace will be based in Bagsvaerd and approximately 3-4 weeks of travel should be expected.

The job
Training is on the top of the agenda across Novo Nordisk and as a Project Manager you will drive training and learning projects across the global production organisation. This involves designing and implementing effective learning and training activities which are aligned with the business needs.

For selected core processes you will be responsible for identify competency needs together with line of business and based on that close training gaps through external training, upgrading existing training or developing new training activities. Obviously you will ensure that training effectiveness measurement and documentation is implemented.

In your role as Project Manager you will use all the basic project management tools including stakeholder management and a regular governance structure with reporting to steering groups consisting of upper management. Moreover, you may also teach learning concepts and methods to relevant stakeholders in the organisation.

Qualifications
You have an academic background with a master degree in psychology, organisational development or equivalent. Professionally you have 3+ years of experience with project management. Preferably you are experienced with working with developing and executing training/training concepts and your academic background or professional experience enables you to understand learning processes and how to make them work in reality. LEAN experience will be an advantage.

You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. As a person you are pro-active, structured and solution-oriented, and you are able to stay focused in a complex and fast changing environment. You are a team player and excellent in building strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders. You have the ability to quickly learn new processes and to deliver without compromising on quality. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
