About the department
The IT Process Office is part of the IT Governance unit in Novo Nordisk. Our main stakeholders are IT management groups and IT personnel in the global IT organisation. The group manages global IT processes, conducts IT risk reporting, IT audit and inspection coordination, various management reporting as well as training management.
The Job
As IT Governance Analyst you are responsible for producing quality management reports which is an important deliverable to IT management groups. Also, you are responsible for calculating the IT spend in Novo Nordisk in close collaboration with line of business and for managing the training setup within the IT organisation. As you will be the Portal Manager for the IT portal comprising global IT processes you will also contribute to the support of the global IT processes. An important element in all tasks is to manage your stakeholders and identify and implement improvements.
Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree within computer science, engineering or economics and you are expected to have up to 2 years’ experience within IT or quality management. You could come from a similar position, but you can also have a background as IT consultant or business analyst.You possess strong cooperation skills and are capable at handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality. You have a high level of drive, initiative and you are capable of working independently. Also, you are good at details, you have effective time management skills and you ensure timely deliverables. You thrive in an international business environment and you are fluent both in written and spoken English.
