In Biopharm Manufacturing Development we are responsible for support to Biopharm tablets and finished products and continuous optimisation of our processes. We are looking for a highly motivated academic with good knowledge of tablets.

About the department
As a Product and Process Chemist, you become part of the tablet Production Support team, where we are approx. 10 employees. All are highly dedicated with the responsibility for both product- and process support to Biopharm tablets and finished products. The department is linked to the Production and the department has approx. 14 employees.

The Job
The method of working varies from preparation of regulatory documentation, updating our process and product knowledge to urgent support to our Production. Besides helping to create the most value for the Production, you are also helping to optimize the internal workflow in the department. You can look forward to an exciting and varied working day where you have influence on your work and responsibility for ensuring that the team reach the targets. We work closely with both Registration, Development, Quality Departments, Production Departments and Laboratories.

Qualifications
You are an experienced pharmacist, engineer or similar and have experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably with good knowledge of tablets. You have experience in managing cross-disciplinary assignments with many different stakeholders. You will work within cGMP, so experience within this field is an advantage. Furthermore experience with preparing and writing registration documentation and understanding of the regulatory processes and requirements is an advantage. On a personal level you live a quality mind-set, you are a team player, possess good communication and collaboration skills combined with a structured way of working and ability to work independently. You are open and engaged and able to motivate and inspire your colleagues. You keep a sense of perspective and a good sense of humour in a busy working environment.
