We are looking for a new HR Business Partner in Site Denmark (SDK) a production unit in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) with approximately 1,100 employees at production sites in Kalundborg, Hillerød and Bagsværd. Besides having steady production of diabetes products Site Denmark also serve as DFP launch site for new products entering the markets. The HR Business Partner will be partnering for three units, Business Support, Logistics and Project Portfolio management – all three key support functions within Site Denmark. About the department
You will be a part of a highly dedicated People & Organisation team covering the whole palette of HR tasks from organisational communication, leadership development, absence handling, training and change management processes supporting the business challenges always lead by the needs, challenges and possibilities of the business. The department consist of 20 highly professional people that continuously thrive to deliver top quality HR Services to LoB.
The job
The position as HR Business Partner contains a large amount of independence, authority and a chance for you to provide inspiration for our constant development of HR and communication processes driven by the business demands.Your overall objective is to develop the business by developing its leaders and ensuring high level people performance and development. This is primarily done by supporting and coaching the management teams in the mentioned areas. As you grow in this position, you will get very close to the business areas and the complexity and challenges that they hold. In addition to executing on day to day support, you will also drive strategic P&O activities cross-functionally within Site Denmark.
You will report to the Senior Manager of People & Organisation (P&O) and be part of the P&O team in Site Denmark (SDK) with main office in Bagsværd. You can expect a large degree of interaction with Line of Business and with other P&O colleagues across the organisation, leaving you with a challenging and inspiring job with great possibilities for the future.
Qualifications
It is important that you have a developing mindset with solid organisational understanding. Either you have worked as an HR Business Partner or as a management consultant, and you hold a relevant academic background such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, anthropology, communication etc. Talent for integrating P&O into the business is crucial in order to succeed in this position. You are a strong communicator and familiar with managing stakeholders at senior management level and you know how to support and develop the business via pragmatic and handson P&O solutions. Your ambitions are clear, and you are motivated by a complex and challenging environment. As Site Denmark is part of a global organisation, you must speak and write English at negotiation level.
