About the department
Biopharm API Mammalian Cell Production II is placed in Hillerød, consists of ~60 employees and is currently producing Haemophilia products for clinical trials phase III. We are running several parallel projects to increase production capacity and to prepare the process and facility for market production. The production process consists of cultivation of mammalian cells and a recovery process based on liquid chromatography.
The job
As responsible for maintenance you will hold the overall responsibility for the maintenance system and compliance with cross functional procedures. You will initiate continuous improvements and drive systematic problemsolving related to maintenance in close collaboration with the maintenance team. You will take a central role in order to facilitate timely execution af maintenance and calibration and be responsible for coordination of maintenance activities during shut downs. As a part of dayli operation you will handle non-conformities, incidents, revision and creation of SOP´s, description of maintenance activities in SAP and change requests.Successful passage of FDA inspection will be an important milestone for you and the rest of the department.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in engineering or have a similar scientific education. As a person you can stay focused in a sometimes busy working day and you always approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude and energy. You are analytical and work in a structural way and are used to deliver according to deadlines. The ideal candidate has previously worked with maintenance and preferrably in the pharmaceutical industry.In Biopharm API Mammalian Cell Production II we use our skills, dedication and ambition to continuously improve our processes.
