About the department
The Logistics department is responsible for the planning and purchasing of plastic components that go into most devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio and we coordinate the dispatch to our customers within Novo Nordisk on a global scale.

We work to enable stable supply and high performance in the supply chain. We have focus on proactive communication with our stakeholders to secure the best alignment possible across functions.

The job
As Team Coordinator for the internal planner team you will join the management team in Logistics & QC which consists of a department manager and two associate managers. You work closely with the associate managers and project managers in the factory in Hillerød and have a good overall stakeholder engagement to secure on time delivery of products and project milestones.

You will be the responsible for the production planning and ensure this is in accordance with the demand. Through coordination with moulding and pre-assembly you will make sure that customers get the orders on time in the right quality.

You will ensure the development of the internal planner team, currently consisting of three planners, both in terms of setting team goals, conducting team activities as well as enabling individual development for each team member. You will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture, openness, honesty where focus on continuous improvements being a natural part of your personality. You will coach the team members on setting and adjusting stock levels on different products with respect to supply chain risks.

Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor or a Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar and have worked with Supply Chain Management for 2-3 years. Besides this, you have good people skills and have leadership aspiration.

Your analytical skills enable you to focus on the aspects of relevance and see through the complexity within planning.

You also have proficiency in both written and spoken English and are able to communicate on different levels in the organisation
