Job Description Position Purpose:
Develops & coaches the creation & completion of JTPs & other training materials
Coordinates and supports shop floor training process for partnered areas.
Assigns ISOtrain modules and ensures documentation of training.
Education: Minimum of AA/AS degree in a technically relevant field or industry equivalent experience; BA/BS in relevant field preferred
Experience: One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry preferred. One (1) year of instruction, training development or equivalent experience.
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Ability to read, write & understand complicated product, equipment & OEM documentation & standard operating procedures with great attention to detail. Computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications & highly skilled in the use of provided multimedia applications such as Adobe CS5 etc.
Physical Requirements:Able to work in noisy areas & near operating equipment.
Able to attain clean room gowning certification & work with hazardous materials including sanitants. Has a “how can I help you?” customer service attitude
Able to travel internationally, as required.
Able to work flexible hours necessary to support all shifts & processes.
