About the department
You could become part of Biopharm AP QC Microbiology, which is organisationally part of Biopharm Aseptic Production. We carry out all of the microbiological analyses on in-process tests, bulk, finished products, raw materials, environment and new products from all of Biopharm. The department consist of 3 teams with a strong collaboration, overall we are 45 employees working with classical microbial methods.

The job
As our microbial chemist, your primary focus would be on classical microbial methods such as Microbial count, LAL, Sterility and ID. An essential part of your job would be support to our many different customers and ensuring timely release of results. In all of your work, you would keep an eye on both fundamental quality and on-going optimisation of methods and processes.

Qualifications
You have a solid education in science, supplemented with particularly extensive experience in microbiological analysis with one/several companies working in compliance with GMP requirements. As a chemist, it is important that you enjoy sharing and communicating your knowledge openly and constructively with technicians, colleagues and customers - including when many people are asking for your attention at the same time. So you have to be a person who thrives in a busy and constantly changing workday. You also need to be capable of contributing with ideas for optimising procedures.
