Are you looking for a challenging job where you can make a serious impact on the performance across Diabetes Finished Products (DFP)? As a Process Group Responsible (PGR) in DFP Manufacturing and Development (ManDev), you will have the responsibility for the standardisation and optimisation of processes for all of our global sites. The department is located in Bagsværd, but relocation to Denmark is not mandatory. Given the scope of responsibilities, you should anticipate up to 50 travel days per year.

About the department
DFP Manufacturing Development supports the production in DFP with process and technical expertise, including maturing, implementing and transferring processes and analytical methods for new products to manufacturing sites.

The job
Your objective is to continuously improve our manufacturing processes through maintaining and optimising the system of standards that drives process alignment within DFP. The processes in scope cover Inspection (automated), Finished Products Assembly and Packaging, Aseptic Production supporting areas HVAC and Clean Utilities, as well as QA and QC processes. In your role, you will drive compliance initiatives along with performance improvements of designated processes on both technical and operational levels. This includes identifying projects for reaching the strategic goals for the processes in scope and establishing the team for execution. Most importantly, you will facilitate a system that captures improvements and executes implementation globally with high efficiency. All this is done in close collaboration with the employees across DFP, which is our main source for improvement solutions. In your work, you will also be involved in securing alignment with the authorities and ensuring a high focus on quality and compliance.You will have access to a wide network ranging from operational to senior management levels. You can look forward to taking on a vast range of responsibilities in an international environment where you will manage a portfolio involving multiple stakeholders and having a high impact on business success.

Qualifications
You could be an Engineer, Pharmacist, Chemist or similar with minimum 10 years of experience. You have a proven track record in successfully driving optimisation initiatives by the means of e.g. LEAN® or Six Sigma. You have a solid project management toolbox, and you are highly practiced in implementing business strategies. Your career has equipped you with a solid GMP understanding and in-depth knowledge of relevant DFP processes.

Success in this job calls for strong leadership skills, enabling you to set direction and drive change management cross-organisationally. Moreover, you must have personal impact and sound diplomatic skills to gain acceptance among leaders as well as colleagues. You are also capable of firm decision making. You are a skilled networker and collaborator, and you have outstanding communication skills enabling you to get your message across. In addition, you should master both written and spoken English.
