Clinical Pharmacology Diabetes is looking for a Clinical Pharmacology Scientist, starting 01-Oct-2013. In this job you will be offered exciting opportunities to increase your experience within clinical pharmacology and to expand your competencies within a clinical trial life cycle ranging from preparation through implementation to finalisation.

About the department
Clinical Pharmacology Diabetes is part of Global Development and our main responsibility is planning, execution and reporting of clinical pharmacology trials within the area of diabetes and obesity. The position is based in Søborg, Denmark.

The job
As Clinical Pharmacology Scientist, your main tasks are preparation of trial protocols and other clinical trial documentation, contact to investigator, involvement in data cleaning and reporting of trial results. You play the key role in driving and coordinating the headquarter study group, as well as affiliates and external partners involved in the daily management of clinical trials. You drive the progress of trial activities within given timelines and in accordance with the trial budget that you have prepared. You will interact with many internal and external stakeholders worldwide and have the opportunity to enhance your drug development skills.

Qualifications
You are experienced in clinical pharmacology and drug development. You have a relevant university degree preferably with a PhD. You have a quality mindset, meet your deadlines, communicate effectively, and are experienced in managing cross-functional global teams in a dynamic environment. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust among colleagues and stakeholders. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
