Job Description Position Purpose:
Perform and review analysis of in process and filled product in accordance with cGMP, site and corporate procedures and policies.
Education: BS/BA in Chemistry or related scientific field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of analytical laboratory experience.
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in the following: Analytical Chemistry, GMPs and laboratory techniques. In addition, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to author scientific and technical reports.
Able to perform HPLC analysis and basic troubleshooting for laboratory equipment. Must demonstrate attention to detail, proofreading and strong computer skills with a willingness to learn new IT applications.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work with hazardous materials and chemicals.
Corrected vision to 20/30, Able to lift 25 Lbs. with assistance.Able to work extended hours to support manufacturing operations.
