Job Description Position Purpose:
Primary responsibility is to provide automation engineering support related to the Assembly Process for the FP Expansion project to ensure successful execution during all project phases.
Engineering Support includes [but not limited to] the following activities:
•Provide input regarding requirements and design of system
•Develop time and resource estimates to complete projects
•Assist in evaluating, selecting, and coordinating contract resources
•Review vendor, validation, and other project documentation to ensure activities are in accordance with design documentation.
Education: BS in Engineering/related field or Equivalent (experience + education)
Experience: 8-15+ years engineering experience in process based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging / assembly systems.
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Knowledgeable in the following: SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL, Pas-X, PLCs.
Organization/Planning: Proven expertise, (e.g. project management) in planning/organization and project execution, follow-up, and completion.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in confined spaces and near operating equipment.
Ability to work in loud noise environments Ability to work hours necessary to support 24/7 production and /or maintenance activities.
Ability to accommodate extensive travel internationally.
