About the department
Novo Nordisk Corporate IT employs approximately 450 people and is responsible for governing, implementing and managing the corporate IT systems.

The job
We are looking for a qualified student assistant, who will be responsible for a number of recurring and ad hoc tasks mainly related to internal communication. Amongst other tasks you will be responsible for coordinating and editing our monthly global IT newsletter, where you will be in charge of reaching out to stakeholders globally for input. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the content of our internal info-boards and websites. In addition you will be involved in a number of ad hoc tasks and special projects depending on your skills and interests. We expect you to be working 15-20 hours pr. week, corresponding to min. two full days.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within business administration, communication or similar and has approximately 2 years left of studies. You have obtained excellent results during your studies, have strong communication skills and possess flair for IT systems, especially Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. You are fluent in written and oral English, able to work independently and possess drive, initiative and engagement. If you can also hold on to your positive attitude at all times, you are the kind of person we are looking for.You will be reporting to the Executive Assistant of the head of IT and will be exposed to a number of key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
