Novo Nordisk’s Sales Affiliate for Denmark, Norway and Iceland is looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Coordinator who speaks and writes fluent Norwegian. You will support our Norwegian affiliate and report to Team leader Mette Hvorslev.
About the department
The job is located in Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Copenhagen and will require frequent travelling to Norway. As Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will be part of our sales and marketing support team where we have a focus on LEAN processes. Continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday work.
The Job
You will be working in an involving and challenging environment, and you will cooperate with dedicated and highly professional colleagues. You will provide administrative support to our colleagues in the affiliate with a high level of customer service. As Sales and Marketing Coordinator it will be your responsibility to plan and administer meeting activities with Health Care Professionals, in close collaboration with the meeting owner. You will also participate in the development of marketing material with a possibility for driving independent project assignments. Your daily tasks will include planning and setting up meetings including venue finding, speaker contracts, programme development, and budget follow up. Other tasks are managing update and reprint of service material. Quality mindset is imperative in every activity, always ensuring alignment with business ethics and compliance to rules and legislation. You have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to solve issues and challenges.
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has a bachelor degree or an administrative background. Most importantly, you have a well-structured approach to your tasks and are capable of maintaining an overview - although working under pressure. You possess a high level of responsibility, flexibility, independence and the necessary drive to follow up and execute your tasks in a timely manner. Furthermore, you adapt easily to a changing environment where priorities shift. You must be fluent (both verbally and in writing) in Norwegian and English and have excellent computer skills in MS Office.Being an important partner in the Norwegian team requires frequent travelling to Norway.
