You get the opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark responsible for optimising market access and value communication for all Novo Nordisk brands. In close collaboration with key stakeholders we establish the strategies and supporting tactics in the area of value communication, health economics and outcomes research.
The job
You will work cross functionally with a wide array of functions including Global Development, Medical Affairs, Brand Teams and affiliates. In this role you will translate clinical and health economic information to evidence based value arguments. A key part of the job will be to prepare value communication strategies and executable tools, such as reimbursement dossiers, detailers, slide-decks, publications and other tools useful for the affiliate market access functions. The right candidate will have plenty of opportunities to influence the strategic direction of payer value communication for future product launches.
Qualifications
Prerequisites to master the job as Value Communication Manager are a proven ability to translate clinical and other benefits into evidence based value arguments and deliverables. All candidates should have strong communication skills, be innovative, proactive and able to cope well under pressure and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
Prior experience within market access, brand marketing, health economics, stakeholder engagement or relevant field-based affiliate functions from the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting is a must. Previous experience with development and/or use of value communication tools to be used with payers - e.g. field-based market access or stakeholder engagement - is regarded as a plus. Furthermore a relevant master’s degree is essential.
