The Job
You will coordinate LEAN projects/initiatives of varying complexity. Across all activities you ensure that relevant stakeholders are taken into account in goal setting, and you drive the projects forward by continuous follow up, communication and goal attainment.
Another part of your job will be to coach and train our CVP and Directors in order to make them true LEAN agents as well as support, and mentor CVP cLEAN® Partners, Project managers and Sponsors globally in project work. Through workshops, shop floor training and observations you guide managers to address the problems in a systematic way.
