Senior project manager
- Production
- Denmark - Bagsværd
Do you want to develop your skills while working with tomorrow’s production processes in order to support the production of world leading insulin products? If so, this is your opportunity to be part of a top class team where great responsibility, challenges and development go hand in hand.
About the department
Aseptic Production Support and Optimisation is a part of DFP Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is setting standards, providing process and technical support to Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites globally. A vital part of this work is to implement technology strategies in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). You will be a part of the Aseptic Production support team where 20 very experienced Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Professionals and Technicians are looking forward to your arrival.
The job
As Senior Project Manager your main role will be to drive cross organisational projects with high impact on Novo Nordisk. Your typical project portfolio will include process optimization projects, technology development projects as well as compliance and quality projects.
You will be working with many different stakeholders across our sites to understand processes and gather data. By maintaining a strong sense of purpose and ability to coordinate and create overview, you will ensure progress and transparency throughout the project. Furthermore, by providing clear goals and direction for the project team in a motivating and inspiring way, you will ensure that high quality solutions are delivered.
In this process, you will also need to draw on your excellent systematic problem solving skills and be able to coach and develop the organisation on this.
In effect, you will contribute to improve stability and quality of our production sites in Denmark and abroad.
You should expect approximately 25 travel days per year.
Qualifications
You hold an MSc in pharmacy, biology, engineering or similar, supplemented with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager within aseptic production or similar. You are confident working in a GMP regulated environment. You have profound insight into systematic problem solving and are preferably a DMAIC 3 star or Six Sigma Black belt.
On a personal level, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several processes while prioritising your efforts optimally. You have a global mind-set and enjoy building relations across organisational levels and geography. Impeccable communication skills are a must as well as the ability to prepare presentation material in a high quality. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Feel free to submit your application & CV in English or Danish.
At Novo Nordisk, you will help some 366 million people who are living with diabetes. We expect high performance and the ambition to make your mark on our business. In exchange, we offer global opportunities for professional and personal development.
