We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Manager to Quality Assurance (QA) for our production site in Bagsværd. You will lead a QA team responsible for our aseptic insulin filling plant in Bagsværd. Your team is responsible for QA approval of validations and projects including new equipment and new products.
About the department
The QA unit in Site DK (SDK) is responsible for assuring quality and compliance of all production of insulin products in Denmark. This includes facilities, aseptic filling, inspection, assembly and packaging of insulin products. The QA unit consists of 4 QA departments covering all SDK.
Our key objective is to assure product quality and regulatory compliance by defining quality requirements, perform quality oversight and by approving quality documents such as procedures, change request and batch- & validation documents. We participate in systematic problem solving and approve non-conformities incl. corrective and preventive actions.
The Job
You will lead a team of 10 highly dedicated professionals responsible for quality and business performance. It is expected that you ensure high employee engagement by focusing on continuous improvement and personal development. You will support the team in decision making and take active part in internal audits and inspections from the authorities. You will play an active role in collaborating with our stakeholders.
As Associate Manager in QA you will report to the Director in QA Bagsværd and be part of a group of associate managers and more than 100 highly skilled and competent QA colleagues; all dedicated to quality mind-set and continuous improvement. Qualifications
You hold an academic degree and have experience with the pharmaceutical industry, preferable within QA, QC or production.
The job demands good communication and cooperation skills. You have integrity and an excellent quality mind-set. A high level of personnel decision making and authority within the team’s field of responsibility is needed. Your language skills cover proficiency in both Danish and English.
