About the department
You will be part of People Relations and Compliance, who is responsible for social responsibility, benefits and labour relations in Denmark as well as being a Global HR Compliance Office. We value professionalism and responsibility, and have an open, informal and fun team culture. We ensure an environment, where we focus on continuously improving individual and team competences and you will be responsible for your own area, however still be part of the Care Team.

The Job
We are looking for a person, who will be responsible for social counselling in personal and private problems, e.g. divorce, illness, unemployment and also be a part of the Novo Nordisk rehabilitation process in Denmark. The rehabilitation process involves employees, managers, unions, HR consultants and health related counsellors, and you will also need to reach out to other stakeholders both within and outside Novo Nordisk. It is important that you are able to work independently, and together with a colleague you will be the specialist within the professional area.

You will be seated in our office in Bagsværd, but once a week you will be working out of our office in Kalundborg.

Qualifications
The person we are looking for is an experienced social counsellor. You can keep calm under pressure and still deliver high quality service to all stakeholders. It is easy for you to take decisions within your area of responsibility. You have experience with clarification of work ability related to sick leave and the relevant legislation. Furthermore, you have knowledge within social - and family law, psychiatry and crisis management. Your communication skills are excellent and you have experience in the field of training and presenting.

You are robust, solution-oriented, empathetic and a self-starter with a high level of energy. You can safely navigate in an environment of change and it is easy for you to establish relationships as well as cooperate with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
