- Project Management
- Denmark - Bagsværd
Would you like to play a key role in taking training in Novo Nordisk to the next level? Would you like to drive learning and training projects globally in Product Supply? Are you experienced in developing and implementing training concepts and activities? Then you may be the new Project Manager we are looking for.
About the department
In Product Supply University we develop and implement training activities across the global Product Supply (PS) organisation. We are engaged in all key learning projects and we aim at being the centre of excellence when it comes to training and learning in PS. Our purpose is to ensure that employees in PS have the right competencies at the right time and place – and with the right quality. We are a total of 32 engaged employees and you will join five other colleagues in the Learning Centre team which owns and develops the training standards and concepts in PS. Your workplace will be based in Bagsværd and some international travel should be expected.
The job
Training is on the top of the agenda across Novo Nordisk and as a Project Manager you will drive training and learning projects across the global Product Supply organisation. This involves designing and implementing effective learning and training activities which are aligned with the business needs. It also involves developing methods of measuring the effectiveness of the training.
We set the direction for training, and an important element of the job is to ensure that our approach to training is in compliance with GMP requirements. You will therefore be responsible for clarifying compliance requirements for training standards and communicating this to the organisation.
Moreover, you will contribute to developing and optimising learning concepts and methods. You will also teach learning concepts and methods to relevant stakeholders in the organisation and contribute to designing a learning strategy for the PS organisation.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education, Training, Psychology or equivalent. You are experienced in designing and delivering training solutions. You have an in-depth knowledge of a range of training/learning methods and know how to apply them to meet business needs. Experience with eLearning will be regarded as beneficial. Moreover, you know how to perform needs analysis and training evaluation, and you have strong project management skills.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. As a person you are pro-active, structured and solution-oriented, and you are able to stay focused in a complex and fast changing environment. You are a team player and excellent in building strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders. You have the ability to quickly learn new processes and to deliver without compromising on quality. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
At Novo Nordisk, we create value by putting patients first. Every ten seconds two people are diagnosed with diabetes, and close to 366 million people worldwide need us. Working here is not just a way to make a living, but a way to make a difference.
