About the department
You will be part of NMS Business Support. Besides being responsible for finance, risk and project portfolio management, the department is responsible for strategy and balance score cards processes, EHS and LEAN. You refer to the department manager and join forces with a team of six highly skilled and dedicated colleagues.
The Job
As business analyst you provide the management team with recommendation to drive and optimise the needle business, based on high quality business analyses and business cases. This includes all of the traditional tasks like budgeting, controlling and reporting.
You will be responsible for managing the project portfolio at NMS including strategic alignment, gate keeping and monitoring, this in close collaboration with the management team and project managers. You will continually develop and improve portfolio management and take ownership of the financial performance of investments projects.
Further it is your responsibility to drive risk management across the site in order to create a culture where risk is addressed in a simple and timely manner at a strategic, tactical and operational level.
Qualifications
You have a masters’ degree within finance, economics, engineering or similar. Regardless of your background you have experience with project portfolio-, program- or project management from a large organisation. Some experience with risk management and SAP will be seen as an advantage. You thrive with having multiple contacts on a daily basis, in changing environment. This requires an outgoing and positive approach as well as good stakeholder and communication skills - in both Danish and English. Curiosity, drive and overview are essential to understand and challenge the business and to meet agreed deadlines. By nature you are structured and strive for simplicity and you work independently, however knowing that to succeed we deliver as a team.
NMS is situated close to E39, only 30 minutes from Aalborg and Frederikshavn. NMS is a production site and responsible for the global supply of pen needles. The factory has 225 employees who all contribute in ensuring that Novo Nordisk A/S remains leading within development of technology, systems, methods and processes.
