About the department
You will join the Quality & Process Improvement (Q&PI) unit which is part of the Product Supply Quality organisation with responsibility for ensuring that Novo Nordisk requirements to quality are efficiently met - securing patient safety, product quality and compliance. In Q&PI we provide quality support and drive the strategic quality and compliance projects within Product Supply. You will be working in Bagsværd and be fully allocated to the novoGloW NC project, which is a project implementing full electronic case handling on key quality processes across Novo Nordisk.
The job
The novoGloW project is set up with a central project organisation and local project managers in line of business driving local implementation activities. Your main role on the project will be to be the focal point of around 12 local project managers in Product Supply, coordinating and supporting their efforts. It will also be your responsibility to ensure follow-up and reporting on milestones related to local implementation. Furthermore, you will be part of the Organisational Change Management team, where you will take part in other project activities such as workshop planning and execution.
You will be working in an international environment, on a project with a high organisational focus, in close cooperation with around 30 dedicated colleagues from across Novo Nordisk as well as external consultants. This gives you great opportunity for sparring and professional development. Given the size and focus of the novoGloW project you will have ample opportunity to attain a large responsibility and, depending on your own area of interest, this position may be an advantageous start to a challenging career within project management or change management in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within business administration, project management or similar, and have approximately 3-5 years of experience preferably within project management or change management.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a person, you are pro-active, structured and solution-oriented. You are a team player and excellent in building strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders. You have the ability to quickly learn new processes and to deliver without compromising on quality. It will be an advantage if you have experience from working in a large organisation. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
