About the department
As Finance Partner in Biopharmaceuticals Business Support, you will have 10 very ambitious colleagues at the Novo Nordisk complex in Gentofte. We are responsible for performance management (targeting and follow-up), controlling, business analyses and support to the management of business areas. Besides finance we are responsible for EHS and IT in the biopharmaceutical area. We strive to be the preferred partner in the biopharmaceutical area, and this is where you will have a key role.

The Job
You will work with a range of finance and performance management reporting tools such as balanced scorecard, budgeting, monthly reporting and diverse related ad hoc-analyses. Generally speaking, you will provide high quality management information in a rapidly changing business. You will have to prepare analyses for production variances and inventories and you will get deep knowledge of complex production economy.

You will quickly gain a valuable network across the organisation as you will be working closely together with both corporate and operational business areas and for participate in projects.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Management Accounting or equivalent with top grades. This is backed by a couple of years’ experience – most likely from a manufacturing company – preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. This has given you broad understanding of the various financial disciplines, and if you are familiar with SAP, it will be a major plus. Above all, you have a thirst for solving financial controlling tasks and demonstrate the same level of responsibility regardless of the size and complexity of the task. You have strong analytical skills and thrive on challenging the status quo in order to find new and better solutions. As a person you are ambitious and proactive and have a distinct focus on quality and structure. Being a positive and open-minded team player, you know that the greatest results are achieved in cooperation with other people. Lastly, you are proficient in written and spoken English.
