Our customers, healthcare professionals and people with diabetes, depend on the product information we provide to make critical decisions about their care. Our sales and marketing teams around the world depend on impactful, effective promotional materials to help them hit their sales targets. In this job you will be the one who develops those materials.

About the department
The job is located in Novo Nordisk Global Marketing and Medical Affairs. You would be joining a team of energetic and driven professionals engaged in the launch of a new diabetes treatment globally. Tresiba® is currently launched in several markets and has an even bigger launch program planned for next year. This is a global role which will involve 20-30 days of international travel a year.

The Job
You will be responsible for the ‘Plan of Action’ (sales cycle) strategy for Tresiba®. The strategy is generated in collaboration with a highly engaged extended brand team of headquarters, affiliate and regional office colleagues. Together with other team members, you will then develop the materials which will be rolled out to our marketing and sales colleagues globally for implementation cycle by cycle. Finally, you will help train your global colleagues in the new strategy and materials. You will need to enjoy working collaboratively across different areas of the company within Denmark, and globally.

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree in marketing or science. You have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and/or marketing, ideally some of which has been in an affiliate or regional office. You can demonstrate that you have been responsible for the development of impactful marketing materials and programs.
