Title Technical Area Specialist (12 hr nights + every other weekend)

Job Description Position Purpose:
Coach, support, and develop technical competencies on shift needed to support successful execution of processes.
Education: BS/BA in technical field or industry equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 yr. maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or equivalent industry / military experience.
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Knowledgeable in the following high-speed, automated systems: Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly and Packaging.
Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies; Lean and Six Sigma strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work 12 hour shifts or longer, day or night.
Ability to attain clean room gowning certification and work with hazardous materials including sanitants. (Aseptic Production) Ability to work hours necessary to support shift production.
Ability to travel internationally
Ability to achieve core gown certification (Aseptic Production)
