Job Description PURPOSE:
Provide high level customer services by developing and maintaining open and positive communication with all internal and external stakeholders to assist in attaining company goals. Provides technical and analytical support to the function. Identify and resolve complex problems and applies problems-solving skills in order to deal with situations. Responsible to support the Mobility function such as coordinates and administers key initiatives, programs, projects and processes which are consistent with the function’s goals and practices.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Manager, Mobility. Develops and maintains strong relationships with HR business partners and management throughout the organization. Interacts with all levels of the business; especially within Human Resources (in U.S., Corporate, and other affiliates), Legal, and Finance departments as well as working closely with all relocating employees from home office and field sales. Contact for a multitude of external relationships including vendors, HR organizations and other professional associations and organizations..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• MOBILITY HANDLING: Coordinates all Domestic and International Relocations below Vice President position level. Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers and stakeholders by advising employees and prospective employees on relocation information and processes. Works closely with relocating employees and their families, serving as their primary HR contact; setting expectations and explaining and clarifying policy questions. Coordinating the immigration process for relevant employees. Responsible for ensuring company procedure and policies are followed.
• MANAGES FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Responsible for coordination of Domestic budget and help monitor International budget to ensure performance goals are met by ensuring correct payment of expenses are in accordance with Relocation Services provider and NNI Finance department SOPs. Reviews Domestic billing statements from Relocation Services provider, and submits for approval and payment as well as analyzes data and monitors the execution of expenditures against plan, making adjustments when necessary.
• MANAGES VENDOR: Provides feedback to management on vendor performance and areas for improvement. Acts as a liaison between the organization and vendor to provide updates and ensure alignment with company policies. Ensure exceptions are approved following internal approval process. Initiate service and monitor Relocation Services provider’s coordination of comprehensive relocation service.
• PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Assists in the implementation of relocation programs that align with organizational strategies by monitoring relocation trends and options and providing recommendations for program enhancements. Provides counsel to Management regarding relocation policies, programs and initiatives.
• COMPLIANCE: Ensure that proper procedures are followed to ensure compliance in regards to laws and legislation relevant for Mobility. Manage quarterly and year-end tax gross-ups process for Relocations with Relocation Services provider and payroll.
• UNDERSTANDS HR LAWS AND PROGRAMS: Demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws affecting HR policies and procedures. Stays abreast of changes in local, state and federal laws and recommends necessary changes to HR practices.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate.
• A minimum of six years HR experience with minimum of three years working with foreign assignments required. Domestic Relocation in a corporate role also preferred.
• Requires a demonstrated knowledge of mobility concepts, principles and practices and effectively applies it to the successful completions of assignments within Mobility.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal with situations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with and maintain open and positive dialogue with all internal and external contacts at all levels to assist in attaining company goals.
• Demonstrated capabilities to work with tools to ensure simplifying processes and procedures e.g. Six Sigma or Lean concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
• Understanding and working knowledge of US immigration laws.
