About the department
You will be part of the System Development and Master Data department which is part of the Supply Chain Planning unit placed in Søborg. The department consist of 3 teams; the open position is in the Master Data team, which is responsible for Master Data Governance, Master Data Maintenance, and process stability. The team contains of 5 highly skilled and engaged employees.
The Job
You will be responsible for the performance of the Master Data team. You will ensure effective resource allocation in the team, and be the one to encourage and facilitate professional discussions. You will provide leadership and spur continuous development of the team members through coaching and dialogue. Further you will be responsible for driving a global cross functional group securing that our ERP system processes at all times stays harmonised and coherent. This is done in close collaboration with our data responsible super users and our IT organisation.You must lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture, be open minded, honest and focus on continuous improvements to ensure and drive better performance.
Qualifications
We expect you have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar.You have proven leadership skills and you are expected to have a minimum of 2 years people management experience preferable from the pharmaceutical industry. You have excellent understanding of the supply chain processes in SAP and the ability to quickly find the optimal global solution.On the personal level you have an open, innovative mindset and ability to work effectively in a teamoriented setting. You have a can do approach and focus on opportunities rather than on limitations.
