About the department
Corporate Procurement is, in close cooperation with affiliates and stakeholders, responsible for purchasing, sourcing and contracting of the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk. Corporate Procurement has more than 100 employees and is a part of Corporate Finance. You will be part of the Global Supplier Management Support Department. We are responsible for global support and development of the Novo Nordisk sourcing system (Ariba). This entails close cooperation with multiple stakeholders from all areas of the global sourcing organisation.
The job
We offer a job in an international environment. You will be part of a department consisting of 4 employees. As Business Analyst you will play a central role in supporting our global user. Further you will apply or develop in-depth Ariba configuration competences that make you a subject matter expert bridging business requirements with standard system. In addition you will act as system manager and take responsibility for compliance to internal and external requirements. You will be a part of an enthusiastic team that sets high standards and individual targets - and achieves them as a team.You will be based in Denmark; however as part of an increased internationalization some travel activities can be expected.
Qualifications
You are among the best! You have completed a relevant Master's Degree (economics, business administration or the like) with excellent results. Ideally you have 1-2 years of experience with configuration of standard systems to support business requirements (ideally Ariba) from a large organization or consultancy firm.You are motivated by driving change and improvements involving many stakeholders at all organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. You are analytical and structure your own work. Good communication and presentation skills are required in English.
