About the department
In QC Laboratory, Purification Plants in Kalundborg you will have 90 skilled colleagues and your LEAN activities will influence more than 550 people across PP. This job will give you the opportunity to join a world leader within diabetes care.
The job
Cross-organisational cLEAN development.In this job you are a member of the management team, og you should be able to coach the members. Your most important task is to make sure that your colleagues across the entire PP are equipped with the right cLEAN tools to work as efficiently and cost-consciously as possible. For this you prepare and implement improvement projects and contribute to developing the processes on an ongoing basis. Standardisation and alignment are key words in your work day, and you make sure that best practices are anchored across the entire site. In detail, you analyse the data and point to relevant areas for improvement. Next step will be to plan the cLEAN activities and drive the optimisation projects through the entire cycle. In all that you do you make sure to involve the right resources to make the very best results! It is also your job to follow the projects to guarantee correct implementation and anchoring. All in all, you will have an immense impact on our processes, and this job could realise your leadership or project manager potential.
Qualifications
Change Manager with ambitions.You have added 3 years’ practical experience implementing LEAN tools in a pharmaceutical production environment. Here you have either acquired managerial skills, or you have obvious leadership ambitions and potential. In addition, you are well-versed within change management and able to contribute to central cLEAN activities. Having sound interpersonal skills, you are able to communicate with people at all organisational levels. Moreover, you are analytic and can easily handle large amounts of data. Finally, you have a good business understanding and comprehend the values of a large production site. Your IT skills include at least MS Office and preferably statistical tools, and you know how to make clear and precise presentations. Proficiency in English – both written and oral – is a prerequisite in this job.
